Supporting adults 55+ since 1986
We provide seniors with the training, resources, and support to find work, age safely in place, and serve their communities.
Our mission:
Over 55 Skills At Work was founded as a non-profit organization in 1986 with a mission to help older adults (55+) utilize their skills and talents to find work and become financially independent. We primarily achieve this through our Associates Program, where we provide the training, resources, and support to connect older skilled adults with clients who have trusted us for 40 years.
Since then, we have partnered with various local organizations in London, Ontario, such as Pathways and Libro Credit Union, to provide free community support programs to help seniors with matters such as employment and tech support help, giving them the skills necessary to be self-sufficient in their lives.
